Shipping
Please allow 7 to 10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to start shipping orders unless specified in the product details. Tracking confirmation is sent by email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation please email info.l2smooth@gmail.com for further assistance.

We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.

Delivery
Having issues? Contact your carrier with tracking information. For international orders, please check tracking often & contact Canada Post for more information. Overseas orders may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country your order will be received. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, or delays, and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your local customs office for additional information. If your order is delayed, or an attempted delivery was noted, but no delivery or notice, please contact Canada Post or your local mail carrier immediately.

Return Policy
All sales are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We accept returns for exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at info.l2smooth@gmail.com, within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for an exchange. Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unworn & unwashed.
